A major transformation to the typical 1970s Tigard 5’x5′ powder room. The Hawaiian theme was inspired by the custom vessel lavatory that resembles the Mauna Kea volcano.

LUXURY BASEMENT SPA BATHROOM

It was a dungeon until new glass blocks allowed light to flood the room.The finished bathroom features custom glass tile motifs inspired by Native American symbols.

Homeowners wanted more storage, a two-person shower, and a larger lavatory in this 1970s Tigard master bathroom. There’s a custom lit niche in the shower to show off a bronze dolphin sculpture.

A subtle seashore theme inspired the custom sandblasted steam shower enclosure. “Sitting Ducks” by Michael Bedard provides the whimsical accent desired.

A reminder of Hawaii for the couple who love the white sands and crystal blue sea. The spa-shower room features custom Chamesson limestone shaped to resemble shifting sand dunes.

A second bathroom in the 1950s Portland home was created in the basement. It features a custom two-person shower with an inline drain and beautiful cobalt blue glass accents.

JAPANESE-STYLE MASTER BATHROOM

A typical 1970s West Linn master bathroom was transformed into a beautiful Japanese retreat with a larger shower, custom cabinets and tile with unique decorative inserts.

1950s RETRO BATHROOM

Homeowners wanted to keep the Portland 1950s look and feel in their remodeled bathroom, achieved with Pratt & Larson tile, a custom glass screen and Kohler plumbing.

1970s POWDER ROOM TRANSFORMATION
